Stephen Lopes, M.B.A, founded Pulse Realty & Investments with the mission of shifting the focus toward intimately knowing the community and clients rather than spending time and resources on having all of California know who we are – he feels it is more important that Pulse Realty & Investments know who you are and your housing needs.  Prior to founding Pulse Realty & Investments, Stephen had spent many successful years working in the Real Estate, Financial and Construction Industries.  He has worked for several Fortune 500 Companies as well as having held a license with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and was a member of the National Association of Security Dealers (NASD). Stephen believes there is one common ingredient that transcends across all successful businesses – service your clients and build a long term relationship based on core values.  He is a highly accomplished Real Estate Broker that offers more than 10 years of experience within the Real Estate and Property Management service industries.  Stephen is experienced in operations, P & L oversight and marketing, involving both start-ups and growth organizations.  He is a results-oriented decisive leader with proven success in new market identification and strategic market positioning.  He has a track record of increasing sales and growing bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs.  Stephen has a talent for proactively identifying and resolving problems – reversing negative sales trends, controlling costs, maximizing productivity and delivering profit increases.  In addition to holding an active Broker License (BRE # 01865874); he received an Appraiser License (BREA # 3001677) in January of 2014.

Stephen was educated on the east coast, as he holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Haven located in West Haven, Connecticut.  While at UNH, Stephen was a 3 year starter for the Charger football program that was coached by Mark Whipple and ranked #2 nationally.  The 1993 Charger team was named Sports Illustrated's "Best offense in College football" while averaging 52.5 points and 557.6 yards of total offense per game.  He also holds an M.B.A. from Salve Regina University located in Newport, Rhode Island. Stephen is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Orange County Board of Realtors as well as being a Certified HAFA (Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives) Specialist and a Certified Property Manager (PMG).
