Project Manager


Joseph is responsible for providing project tracking/analysis and approvals; influencing teams to reach project goals and objectives; managing the design and construction of capital projects throughout the client's organization; developing and implementing project management best practices, including templates, playbooks, and other methodologies for a best in class PM capability within the clients project life cycle.

He participates in cost estimates, establishes budget and project schedules, reviews and monitors all design and/or construction documents for conformance with budget and schedule, negotiates, awards and writes subcontracts and material purchases, initiates and obtains permits, insurances and bond requirements prior to construction, monitor and control all change orders, RFI and submittals, conducts daily and weekly meetings with staff and clients, monitor superintendents on monthly schedule and safety requirements, prepares reports and forecasts for clients in developing new business including presentations.
